Program
Continuing vocational training (CVT) capacity is from 10 to a maximum of 18 trainees. Classes are held on Fridays and Saturdays from September to June, at a pace adapted to trainee profiles.
Integration into this training program is demanding in terms of its admission procedures. Its program is made up of 900 hours of teaching and requires a strong capacity for work.
This curriculum is organized over 2 years; depending on the organizational arrangements, the first year of the Bachelor's degree is automatically waived.
This arrangement requires the same level of requirement and structure as that of initial training (IF).
This training welcomes diversified profiles; it makes it possible to gain access to a higher education diploma through the validation of experience attesting to recognized skills.
Each semester is structured according to 4 blocks of teaching, each corresponding to a teaching unit.
Each teaching unit corresponds to a specific teaching modality and teaching time.
UE Project/design
The project/design teaching unit, structured around an architectural problematic aimed at a personal production, analyzed and critiqued as part of a collective and in-depth work, is under the responsibility of a practicing architect teacher.
UE Experimentation/innovations
The experimentation/innovations teaching unit covers representations (observational drawing, descriptive geometry, computer graphics, etc.) and experimentation, enabling students to test, manipulate and experiment with the theoretical contributions delivered in the knowledge and culture block.
UE Savoirs/cultures
The savoirs/cultures teaching unit is made up of lessons in the history and theories of architecture, construction (ecology, energy, materials...) and social sciences with an awareness of research methods.
UE Situations/professional environment
The situations/professional environment block includes the drafting of a professional activity report attested by the employer, including critical questioning based on the activity carried out. This activity report is the subject of an oral presentation.
